In April 2024 The Bridge Mentorship Programme officially started. Creative Mentorship team is very proud that this pilot mentorship programme for PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, or recently finished PhD students in the music field, gathered participants from all around the globe – Brazil, Australia, the US, Norway, and a lot of other countries. 11 mentoring pairs will have opportunity to work together from April 2024 to March 2025, with the aim to provide support through participants’ transition from the academic to the labor market environment.
The concept of The Bridge Mentorship Programme is based on the Creative Mentorship methodology and delivered by the Creative Mentorship team jointly with other partners including ERASMUS+ Music4Change project lead: The University of Bergen (Norway), and six other project partners: The University of Edinburgh (United Kingdom), University of Groningen (Netherlands), the private Gustav Mahler University of Music (Austria), Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece), Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Norway) and the European Music Council of Bonn (Germany).
