WORKSHOP FOR GOAL SETTINGS WAS HELD FOR NEW PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROGRAM
The first gathering of selected participants of the “Creative Mentorship” programme is an annual goal-setting workshop that is of great importance for further successful introduction into the program of each participant, but also a great pleasure and opportunity to gather for the first time all new participants and the whole team of “Creative mentorship”.
This year the workshop was held on Saturday, November 25, in a new space in the city in Cetinjska street. The Sprat is designed as a multifunctional space where various workshops, trainings and lectures are held during the day, and after 17h it turns into a coffee- bar, a pleasant place to gather with friends.
This year our training partners were again trainers of Gi Group HR Solutions, Olga Svoboda and Marina Delić. With Gi Group “Creative mentorship” has continueus and successful cooperation. Olga Svoboda was our mentor already in three cycles of program.
We started by introduction of “Creative mentorship” team to mentees, and it continued with personal evaluation of mentees through various exercises with the help of our experienced trainers. The workshop also covered topics of team work, understanding of real and unrealistic personal and professional goals. The key task of this workshop is to learn mentees how to easily identify the area and topic for which they need the most personal improvement so that the team of “Creative Mentorship” has sucess in finding the appropriate mentor for each mentee in particular.
After this workshop, there will be organized individual coaching sessions with a focus on setting goals for each mentee and that is something that we organize for the first time in cooperation with the trainers of Gi Group HR Soultions. Each participant will have the opportunity to break all the possible doubts that he/she has in his/hers own work with the coach and it will be helpful in order for the mentees to approach this work with mentor easily.
