INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS

Creative Mentorship has been successfully implementing mentoring programs for 13 years in Serbia, the Western Balkans region, and worldwide. Thanks to its unique methodology, professionalism, and expertise, the organization’s team has been collaborating for years with other organizations across the region and Europe to design and implement various mentoring and educational programs for professionals in culture, the arts, creative industries, and media.

To date, Creative Mentorship has participated in two Erasmus+ projects: Reinventing Mentoring in Arts Management REMAM (2021–2023) and Music4Change (2022–2025).

Since 2023, Creative Mentorship has been part of the project Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans, funded by the European Union and implemented by UNESCO, the British Council, and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation. Within this framework, the organization is delivering new mentoring programs for professionals in the fields of culture, the arts, and the creative industries.

In 2024, in collaboration with ArtNexus (Sweden), Creative Mentorship implemented a series of six online workshops aimed at providing new knowledge and empowering professionals working in culture, the arts, creative industries, and media. ArtNexus is an international program for cultural and development cooperation that seeks to create synergies between cultural policy and international development cooperation initiatives.

The organization’s first regional project, Transforming the Region One Conversation at a Time – Inspiring Youth Cultural Cooperation, was supported in 2020 by the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) and the United Nations Peacebuilding Fund.
