December 2023 was marked by an incredible conversation – “Creative Mentorship Talks: Inspiring story”, the first in a series of events that will be intended for all professionals in culture, art, creative industries, and media who are interested in learning more about how much mentoring as a principle of thinking can contribute to the work of people in the mentioned sectors. Larisa Halilović, an international expert on international development and TEDx speaker, and Helene Larsson Pousette, cultural attache of the Swedish Embassy in Washington, D.C., talked about their first experiences with mentoring as a practice, how much mentoring methodology helped them overcome challenges in their career, but also what are all the potentials of mentoring for career and personal progress. The interview was moderated by Tamara Kojić, producer, initiator of change, and member of the Advisory Board of the Creative Mentorship organization.
