“Creative mentorship” affirms mentoring as a tool of personal and professional development, strengthens the capacities of the cultural sector and provides support to prospective professionals interested in developing, networking and sharing knowledge and experience. We want to build, gather and support a community of motivated and socially responsible individuals that will contribute to the development of a society based on creativity, culture, knowledge and mutual cooperation.

Big autumn gathering of the Creative Mentoring Network (VIDEO)

Throughout 2023, our dedication to enhancing the Creative Mentorship Network remained steadfast. The Big autumn gathering of the Network held on December 2 at KC Grad revitalized all attendees—participants, alumni, partners, and friends of our organization. We trust that everyone departed from this collective gathering feeling enriched, with smiles adorning their faces, and empowered to embark more resolutely on new ventures in the upcoming year. In addition, the gathering was an excellent opportunity to get feedback from the alumni of our Network about what the Network could provide them in the coming period, in which segments of their work and progress they need support, and in what way they can contribute to the Creative Mentorship Network. For those unable to join us, a brief video encapsulating the incredible ambiance of the gathering is available, offering a glimpse into the experience. Additionally, we’re already laying the groundwork for forthcoming meetings, eager to create more opportunities for connection and collaboration.

The Creative Mentorship Network consists of 350 professionals from the fields of culture, art, creative industries, media, and other sectors who have been part of our program for the past 12 years. In addition to them, there are also many partners and friends of the program, without whose support our work would certainly not be this successful.
