ARTNEXUS AND CREATIVE MENTORSHIP LAUNCH A NEW ONLINE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM (LEARN MORE)
If you’re a worker in culture, arts, creative industries, or media and you want to acquire and adopt new knowledge and skills that can contribute to your personal and professional journey – then this is the educational program for you!
In collaboration with Creative Mentorship, ArtNexus is organizing a series of six online workshops from March to November 2024 aimed at providing new knowledge and empowering those involved in culture, arts, creative industries, and media. The workshops will be conducted by experienced speakers with years of international experience in the fields they will address.
ArtNexus is an international program for cultural and development cooperation aimed at creating synergy between cultural policy and international development cooperation initiatives.
Why join our educational program?
Are you an artist who lacks networking, informal education, and advancement in your personal and career path? Then these workshops are for you because we bring together a community of artists, cultural workers, and individuals passionate about art, culture, creative industries, and media. The workshops are designed to offer a combination of practical training, skills, interactive dialogues, and opportunities for international networking.
In which areas of culture and media should I be active in participating in the educational program?
Art (visual, performing, literary, music, dance, applied arts…), cultural heritage (work in museums, archives, libraries, projects for protection, affirmation, or revitalization of tangible or intangible cultural heritage…), creative industries (design, architecture including public spaces and urbanism, fashion, film, photography, gaming, music…), cultural policies (at local and national levels), education in culture and through culture, management and production in culture, research in the field of culture, socially engaged culture and art, cultural studies, media production, international cultural cooperation (including regional cultural cooperation), diversity of cultural expressions and intercultural dialogue, and other related topics and areas, as well as media. This list is not exhaustive, and if what you do is not listed but you are interested in applying and believe that the educational program would contribute to your personal and professional development, as well as to the community you belong to and to society at large, apply. The program is intended for those engaged in cultural activities in the public, civil, and private sectors or independently.
What to expect?
Educational workshops are designed to address the needs and challenges of artists and cultural workers in the region. Connecting with like-minded individuals and potential future collaborators fosters a sense of unity in the artistic community.
