Creative Leaders Mentorship Programme is developed under the joint project Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans, implemented by UNESCO, British Council and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) and funded by the European Union.

The concept of the tailor-made mentorship programme will be based on the methodology of the Creative Mentorshiporganisation and will be delivered by Creative Mentorship team. Creative Leaders Mentorship Programme will focus on empowering leaders and future leaders in arts, culture and creative industries across the Western Balkans region, who want to improve their skills and strengthen their professional development through individual work with mentors in relation to their specific goals. Next to mentoring, programme activities will offer training, networking, peer-learning, strengthening of knowledge and self-confidence of participants, as well as strong encouragement and support in growth perspectives, along with skills and opportunities for cross regional collaboration within the culture, art and creative industries.
