“Creative mentorship” affirms mentoring as a tool of personal and professional development, strengthens the capacities of the cultural sector and provides support to prospective professionals interested in developing, networking and sharing knowledge and experience. We want to build, gather and support a community of motivated and socially responsible individuals that will contribute to the development of a society based on creativity, culture, knowledge and mutual cooperation.

At the INNOVATION DATE ceremony, the Innovation Fund presented 33 companies that have been accorded the innovation development funding under the Early Development Program and the Innovation Co-financing Program, totaling € 4.1 million. The chosen projects come from various industrial fields, most notably software and application development, the Internet of Things. Most of the supported companies operate in Belgrade, then Novi Sad and Kragujevac.

One of the projects that received the support of the Innovation Fund is the new project of Aleksej Vasić, co-founder and CEO of Lumina Images, one of the most successful photo collectives in the region, and participant of the 5th generation of the “Creative Mentorship” program, and Marko Radenković, founder of Nova Iskra, the first creative hub in the Balkans, alumni and an honorary board member of our program.

The Stock studio project is a startup based in Belgrade and offers comprehensive digital content management (SaaS) software solutions. As Aleksej says, this will make it easier for users and help them track their photo content across platforms.

Congratulations to Aleksej and Marko and looking forward to the news on their new joint project.
