Creative Mentorship at the CC4WBs Networking Event in Sarajevo
In September, we were in Sarajevo for the Networking Event organized within the Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans project – CC4WBs Networking Event. This gathering brought together representatives of cultural institutions, international organizations, artists, civil society organizations, and policymakers, aiming to foster dialogue, exchange, and collaboration in line with UNESCO’s mission.
Key takeaways from the event:
🔸 Over coffee and conversation, we spent a wonderful time with participants of the Creative Mentorship for Young Professionals programme, as well as alumni of the Creative Leaders programme.
🔸 We had constructive discussions with colleagues and partners from across the Western Balkans region.
🔸 Thanks to the organizers, we had the opportunity to get to know the beautiful city of Sarajevo better.
🔸 We made new contacts and friendships and further promoted the idea of mentorship.
Good energy, inspiring people, creative ideas, and exchange of knowledge — all reasons why we will remember our time in Sarajevo as a truly special experience. ✨
The Creative Mentorship for Young Professionals programme is implemented with the support of the British Council through the Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans (CC4WBs) project, funded by the European Union. The aim of the project is to strengthen the cultural and creative sectors and increase their socio-economic impact across the region.
