In the first part of the lecture, Dragana Jevtić, Director and Founder of Creative Mentorship, will introduce the world of mentorship, breaking down common myths and stereotypes about what mentorship truly means. Through real-life examples, participants will learn how to map their environment and identify potential mentors—not just formal or distant figures, but people from their immediate surroundings who can offer new perspectives. A mentor can be a colleague, family member, or even a friend with experience or skills you aspire to develop.

Her journey demonstrates that the right mentor can be a guide through even the most challenging periods, while the support received can be a crucial factor in decision-making and shaping one’s future. Lana will talk about how mentors helped her recognize her strengths, overcome obstacles, and build a career path that has defined her professional and personal story.
