We continue to support the development of the gaming sector through mentoring
After the successful pilot cycle of the mentorship program designed by the Serbian Games Association (SGA), we have the opportunity to support the second cycle, lasting six months.
This time, SGA brings together 40 gaming professionals who, grouped in 20 mentoring pairs, have the opportunity to explore the potential of a mentoring relationship in their work 1 on 1, learn from each other, and also follow educational workshops.
This program is an opportunity for the “Creative Mentorship” team to share its knowledge in the field of mentoring with participants from Finland, Poland, and Serbia. We assist them in recognizing the potential of mentoring as a process of lifelong learning, personal and professional development and a safe space to think about goals and adopt various skills such as soft skills, management of teams, time, and others.
The six-month program has now reached the middle point. A midterm training was held in April, when we had the opportunity to review the work of mentoring pairs so far and map the upcoming steps for its second part.
We are looking forward to continuing the program and new opportunities to cooperate with this unique community of creatives and contribute to its development!
