Watch the webinar with Dr. Mia Popić: How to overcome the “imposter” syndrome?

In early March, Creative Mentorship, in cooperation with the Coca-Cola Youth Support program, organized a webinar dedicated to one of the most common career obstacles—imposter syndrome. The webinar was led by Dr. Mia Popić, a psychologist, psychotherapist, PhD in leadership studies, and a mentor within the Creative Mentorship network.

The recording of the webinar is now available at this link after you create an account on the Youth Support platform.

What can you expect? This is not your typical motivational speech. It is a structured and practical conversation designed to help you understand the internal mechanisms of self-doubt and learn how to take action despite them.

Through this webinar, you will:

  • Decode imposter syndrome: Why does it most often affect the most capable and ambitious individuals?
  • Identify your type: Which of the 5 “imposter” types impacts your work the most?
  • Break the vicious cycle: How perfectionism and procrastination feed and sustain self-doubt.
  • Take action: Concrete steps for the projects you’ve been putting off (job applications, CVs, portfolios, or business ideas).
  • Build stability: A clear framework for a healthier and more realistic perspective on your own achievements.

The goal is not temporary motivation, but long-term change.

This webinar equips you with the tools to make your first move without waiting to “feel ready enough.” Your potential doesn’t disappear—it is just sometimes left on mute. It’s time to turn the volume back up.
